Managed Service Provider Coadjute has been named one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies, securing 111th place in the 2026 Sifted 250.

The ranking recognises the 250 fastest-growing companies in Europe’s technology sector, based on percentage revenue growth over the past three financial years.

The recognition follows Coadjute’s ranking at No. 42 in the Sifted 100 UK & Ireland earlier this year and comes as the company expands its managed services proposition for the property sector.

Coadjute provides managed compliance services to estate agents, combining specialist human oversight with AI-based technology. Its services cover areas including identity verification, customer due diligence, sanctions checks, Source of Funds and Source of Wealth and ongoing monitoring.

Dan Salmons, CEO of Coadjute, said: “What makes this recognition particularly meaningful is that it is based on revenues, not opinion, so is a clear measure of the very rapid rate at which estate agents are now moving to our managed services.

“UK estate agents have increasingly complex regulatory and operational responsibilities, and thanks to our market-leading technology and outstanding people, they can now handover much of that burden to us, freeing time up to focus on what they want to be doing – selling property.”

The company is continuing to invest in services designed to support estate agents across a broader range of compliance and transaction processes.

Coadjute is backed by Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide, NatWest and Rightmove.
