New integrations bring customer health, adoption, risk and expansion data into Salesforce Agentforce and Slack to support AI-driven revenue and retention workflows.
Gainsight has introduced new integrations with Salesforce Agentforce and Slack, enabling revenue teams to incorporate customer health, adoption, retention and expansion data into Agentic AI workflows.
Available through Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, the integrations are designed to combine commercial information held within Salesforce with Gainsight’s customer intelligence.
This includes product adoption trends, customer health scores, sentiment changes, stakeholder relationships, learning data and indicators of potential customer risk or growth.
“Every revenue leader is asking the same question: how do I use agentic AI to drive higher retention? The answer is not another generic agent. It’s giving agents the context to see how a customer is adopting a product, the ability to take the next-best action and ensuring customers have the capability to succeed,” said Chuck Ganapathi, CEO, Gainsight. “Agentforce knows the revenue motion. Gainsight knows the customer, including their health, risk and whether they actually have the skills to get value from what they bought. Connecting those signals closes the gap where revenue is at risk and surfaces more expansion opportunities.”
The integrations enable Agentforce to use Gainsight data when identifying potential renewal risks. Product adoption, customer health, sentiment and stakeholder changes can be combined with commercial information to identify issues before they appear in revenue forecasts.
Account teams can also use information including adoption levels, skills proficiency, customer outcomes and relationship strength to identify potential expansion opportunities. When Gainsight identifies an account as ready for expansion, Agentforce can automatically create an opportunity within Salesforce.
The integration also provides account executives and customer success teams with access to information including deal history, customer objectives, stakeholders, engagement patterns and risk indicators within Salesforce.
Learning and certification information from Gainsight’s Skilljar platform can be combined with customer health and risk data to identify skills gaps that could affect adoption. Automated enrolment can then be triggered when a gap is identified.
Customers can build agentic workflows through Gainsight’s MCP for Agentforce and Slackbot using information from its Customer Success, Staircase AI, Skilljar, Customer Communities and Product Experience offerings.
Gainsight is also integrating its pre-built AI agents with Salesforce, including Expansion Analyst, which analyses Salesforce Opportunities. The company said it is developing additional packages intended to simplify integration setup.
The integrations are being demonstrated at Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco.
