The acquisition brings together ServiceNow and Armis to deliver an end-to-end security exposure and operations platform spanning IT, OT and connected devices worldwide.
ServiceNow has entered into an agreement to acquire Armis for US$7.75 billion in cash, significantly expanding its security and risk capabilities across enterprise IT, operational technology, medical devices and cyber-physical environments. Armis is a leader in cyber exposure management, helping organisations, governments and operators of critical infrastructure manage risk across their entire connected technology footprint.
The acquisition will extend ServiceNow’s security workflow portfolio and accelerate its roadmap towards AI-native, proactive cybersecurity. Together, ServiceNow and Armis will create a unified security exposure and operations stack that can see, decide and act across the entire technology estate by linking real-time asset discovery, threat intelligence and risk prioritisation with automated remediation and response workflows.
Security remains a top priority for executive leadership as organisations expand their use of AI. Global end-user spending on information security is projected to rise 12.5% in 2026 to reach US$240 billion, driven by escalating threats and the growing adoption of AI and Generative AI. As AI increases organisational attack surfaces, real-time visibility into vulnerabilities and clear prioritisation of remediation actions have become critical.
The addition of Armis will strengthen ServiceNow’s Security, Risk and OT portfolios and is expected to more than triple its market opportunity in security and risk solutions. ServiceNow’s Security and Risk business surpassed US$1 billion in annual contract value in the third quarter of 2025, underlining its growing position in the market.

“ServiceNow is building the security platform of tomorrow,” said Amit Zavery, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer, ServiceNow. “In the Agentic AI era, intelligent trust and governance across any cloud, asset or device are essential. Together with Armis, we will deliver proactive, end-to-end protection across entire technology estates.”
Yevgeny Dibrov, Co-Founder and CEO, Armis, said: “Every connected asset has become a potential point of vulnerability. Together with ServiceNow, customers will gain real-time intelligence to understand risk in context and take action before incidents occur.”
Armis extends the full lifecycle of cyber exposure management through continuous, agentless discovery and prioritisation of risk across IT, OT, IoT and medical devices. Integrated with ServiceNow workflows and the ServiceNow AI Platform, these capabilities will enable faster, automated risk reduction and stronger protection against AI-driven threats.
Under the terms of the agreement, ServiceNow will fund the acquisition through a combination of cash on hand and debt. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, after which the Armis team will join ServiceNow.
