Salesforce recognises Katzion for pioneering online-to-offline retail solution with Audi Singapore

Katzion, a GlobalLogic company, has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Automotive category for its work with Audi Singapore on the brand’s Online Direct Sale platform.

Powered by Salesforce, this omnichannel solution transforms automotive commerce by seamlessly connecting online and offline experiences. Developed and maintained entirely by Katzion, the platform enables customers to book test drives, purchase vehicles, engage with the brand and arrange financing either from home or at Audi’s flagship showroom in Singapore. It also integrates Agentforce Marketing and connects to third-party and DMS systems using MuleSoft to streamline operations across the buyer journey.

“This recognition underscores the depth of Katzion’s innovation and the strength of GlobalLogic’s commitment to engineering intelligent digital ecosystems” said Augustine Alexander, Founder and CEO at Katzion: “Through our expertise in automotive technology and Salesforce integration, we’re shaping the next generation of connected retail experiences, powered by design, data and agentic intelligence.”

Martin Bayer, Managing Director, Audi Singapore, said: “The launch of the platform was a significant milestone in our digital evolution, reflecting our dedication to delivering a seamless, omnichannel, customer-centric experience.”

Jim Steele, President, Global Strategic Customers and Partners, Salesforce, said: “The Salesforce 2025 Partner Innovation Awards recognise partners like Katzion that are driving agentic enterprise transformations with innovative Agentforce implementations.”
