The Delinea Partner Advantage Program introduces new engagement rules, AI-powered enablement and tiered partner benefits designed to support channel growth.
Delinea has launched the Delinea Partner Advantage Program, introducing a new global channel framework designed to support partners through updated engagement policies, AI-powered enablement and tiered programme benefits.
Developed following partner feedback, including a global partner survey, the programme aims to address issues such as channel conflict, deal protection and partner profitability.
According to Delinea, the programme is built around three principles – Protect, Align and Scale – and introduces a structured framework for partners delivering the company’s identity security platform.

“Partners don’t care about your partner programme,” said Scott Goree, Senior Vice President of Channel and Alliances, Delinea. “They care about technology that works, protected discounts, and a vendor that’s easy to work with. We built this programme around what partners told us they actually need.”
The programme includes published rules of engagement covering deal registration, teaming protections and earned incumbency discounts for partners managing existing customer relationships. Delinea has also introduced AI-powered training, certification resources and a new partner portal designed to provide sales guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
In addition, the programme includes tools intended to simplify quoting, ordering and other channel processes, with the aim of reducing administrative effort for partners.
The launch comes as organisations continue to assess the security implications of Artificial Intelligence. Delinea cited findings from its 2026 Identity Security Report, which found that 92% of organisations expect AI to increase identity-related threats over the coming years, while 42% said expanding AI use had already increased risks associated with non-human identities during the previous 12 months.
“The Delinea Partner Advantage Program reflects a strong commitment to building successful, long-term partnerships,” said Mark Thornberry, Senior Vice President, Partnerships, GuidePoint Security. “The programme provides a clear framework that supports how we work together in the market, while recognising the value partners bring through the customer relationships we cultivate and support.”
The programme offers three partner tiers: Elite, Premier and Select. Delinea said enrolment is now open for selling partners, with additional roles for managed service providers (MSPs), global systems integrators (GSIs), advisory partners and technology partners to be introduced at a later date.
