Recorded Future empowers partners to lead in intelligence-led security

Recorded Future is strengthening its presence across the Middle East and Africa to help organisations and partners navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape with actionable intelligence. Alaa Salameh, Regional Channel Manager – META at Recorded Future, tells us how the company is empowering partners with tailored tools, training and joint initiatives to deliver intelligence-led security that drives measurable business outcomes.

What are some of the key nuances in the regional channel market and how do these impact your strategy?

Recorded Future is redefining how the world thinks about intelligence-led security. The most trusted agencies and enterprises globally turn to us for clarity in the chaos — and that reputation creates real momentum.

In the Middle East and Africa, that energy is amplified by the region’s diversity. Large banks, telcos and government organisations require deep advisory engagement and long procurement cycles, while digital-native and mid-market firms need packaged solutions that deliver rapid results. This contrast means our channel strategy has to be flexible, agile and designed for scale.

The partner community is knocking on our doors because they want access to the best technology to bring to their customers in an increasingly complex threat landscape. That’s why we’re beefing up our Ecosystem team — to deliver world-class partnering, respond to the demands of our community and ensure we’re always ready to support our partners in creating stronger, smarter and more resilient outcomes.

How are you helping partners demonstrate the business value of intelligence-led security to enterprise customers?

The threat landscape today is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Threat actors are becoming more co-ordinated, more sophisticated and far quicker to exploit gaps across digital ecosystems. For our customers — and our partners — this means that the conversation has shifted from ‘if’ to ‘how fast’ and ‘how well’ they can respond.

Our role is to empower partners to turn that challenge into opportunity — by building relationships rooted in trust, insight and collaboration. We work closely with our partners to help them position threat intelligence not as another layer of technology, but as a strategic advantage that strengthens every security decision their customers make.

Through joint engagements, workshops and real-world case studies, we help partners tell a richer story — one that connects intelligence to resilience. It’s about showing customers how Recorded Future’s actionable intelligence enables them to stay ahead of adversaries, reduce uncertainty and make faster, more confident decisions.

We also share insights tailored to customer environments from the Recorded Future Intelligence Cloud, and support partners in demonstrating tangible outcomes — whether it’s stopping a targeted campaign, uncovering a credential leak or predicting a new ransomware tactic before it hits.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about technology. It’s about relationships built on trust, knowledge and shared purpose. When partners lead with that value — when they can show that intelligence means foresight, not hindsight — that’s when customers truly understand the business impact of what we deliver together.

Could you share updates on Recorded Future’s partner programme — how are you enhancing support, enablement and incentives?

We’re building a modern, digital and merit-based partner programme — one that celebrates excellence and empowers customers to make confident, informed decisions about which partner best fits their business needs. The goal is simple: ensure the very best of our ecosystem are recognised, rewarded and equipped to deliver intelligence-led outcomes at scale.

This year, we reframed the programme around speed-to-competency and outcome-based incentives. We’ve maintained clear tiered recognition for market transparency, but rebuilt the underlying mechanics to reduce friction and make engagement faster and simpler. The launch of our Partner Development Center (PDC) has been a key milestone in that journey. It centralises training, role-based certifications, live labs, sandbox environments and integration-readiness checks — giving partners everything they need to validate and enhance their capabilities in one place.

We’ve also enhanced our partner portal to make collaboration truly digital. It now delivers real-time visibility into deal registration, onboarding, and enablement — ensuring speed, transparency and seamless day-to-day engagement with our teams.

Looking ahead, we’re preparing to unveil the next phase of the programme in 2026, which will focus on celebrating partner differentiation and customer choice. The vision is to help customers easily identify and work with the partners best suited to their needs — those who are truly famous for something. We want every partner’s unique strength to be visible and valued, ensuring customers can connect with expertise that delivers real, measurable business outcomes.

What specific expansion plans or investments are Recorded Future prioritising in the region?

We’re deeply committed to expanding our footprint across Turkey and Africa, two fast-evolving markets with tremendous potential. Both regions are experiencing rapid Digital Transformation, which naturally increases the demand for threat intelligence that can deliver clarity, context and speed.

Our focus is on strengthening our local ecosystem — investing in the right partners, resources and enablement tools to help them position themselves as trusted advisors in their markets. We’re expanding our technical and commercial presence on the ground to better support joint customer engagements.

We’re also amplifying our go-to-market collaboration with partners through co-sponsored workshops, customer briefings and regional events designed to spark meaningful conversations and generate qualified pipeline. These investments ensure that our partners have every opportunity to grow profitably while helping customers build more resilient, intelligence-led security operations.

Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant, sustainable ecosystem — one where partners thrive, customers feel supported and Recorded Future continues to play a pivotal role in elevating cybersecurity maturity across the region.

The threat intelligence market is increasingly crowded. How does Recorded Future stand out and what does this mean for your partner ecosystem?

We don’t just stand out — we set the standard. The world’s leading intelligence and security agencies, governments, and Fortune 500 companies trust Recorded Future to power their defence operations. That trust didn’t happen by chance; it’s the result of over a decade of relentless innovation, unmatched data scale and proven operational impact.

Our advantage lies in the Recorded Future Intelligence Cloud, built on the Intelligence Graph, which fuses data from across open, dark, and technical sources to deliver precise, actionable insights in real time. This isn’t about having more data — it’s about having the right intelligence, in the right context, at the right moment to drive action.

For our partners, this leadership translates into opportunity. They’re not just representing a product; they’re representing the global benchmark for intelligence-led security. It empowers them to walk into any customer conversation with credibility, confidence and a compelling value proposition: intelligence that delivers clarity, speed and foresight.

We enable partners with the right content, technical accelerators, and joint success stories to showcase how Recorded Future transforms security operations from reactive to proactive — and from isolated data points to continuous defence.

Are there any new products being launched by Recorded Future?

Yes — and it’s one of the most exciting milestones in our journey. We’ve just launched Autonomous Threat Operations (ATO), a breakthrough innovation that redefines how organisations operationalise intelligence.

For years, the industry has struggled with the gap between knowing and acting — millions of indicators collected, but too often left unused. With ATO, that gap closes. This is intelligence that doesn’t just inform; it acts. It continuously ingests data from across internal and external sources, validates and correlates it against the Recorded Future Intelligence Graph and automatically operationalises insights across the security stack. Threat hunting, detection and prevention become autonomous, continuous and measurable.

For our partners, this product is a game-changer. It gives them the ability to guide customers on a clear journey — moving from manual, reactive operations to autonomous, intelligence-led defence in as little as 90 days. And importantly, it empowers them to deliver something truly distinctive: a complete shift in how organisations defend themselves, with intelligence at the core of every decision.

As you head into GITEX, what key message would you like to share with partners and customers?

GITEX has always been about more than technology — it’s about community, collaboration and vision. Recorded Future’s message to our partners this year is simple: intelligence-led, autonomous defence is here, and it’s your opportunity to lead the conversation.

With the launch of Recorded Future’s Autonomous Threat Operations, partners now have a powerful differentiator to take to market — a solution that turns intelligence into action, continuously and autonomously. It’s a shift that allows you to move beyond incremental improvements and instead offer your customers a whole new way of thinking about security.

We want to build that future with you. That’s why I warmly invite all our partners to connect with us at the Recorded Future booth in Cyber Valley Hall 24, and also with our distributor StarLink in Hall 1.
