Huawei reaffirmed its mission to ‘grow together, unleash digital’ with more than 500 members of its ecosystem and local partners at the ONE Huawei Partner Summit 2023 at Shangri-La Singapore.

The summit brought together more than 30 of Huawei’s executives and leading industry leaders to share with the audience on its latest business direction and priorities to support Singapore’s sustainable Digital Transformation, as well as the company’s latest partner strategies.

During the event, Huawei launched its 2023 go-to-market strategy in Singapore market with a focus on three major markets: namely Strategic Accounts Market, Commercial Market and Distribution Business Market. The three markets will each have their own product solution family, training and support services strategy that cater to the digitalisation needs of businesses of all sizes.

While focusing on meeting the transformation demands of large enterprises, Huawei will double down on its investment with its partners in Singapore to address the digitalisation and decarbonization pain points faced by SMEs/SMBs who are typically facing many constraints.

This investment will encompass the establishment of innovation labs, trainings and discovery workshops that are aimed to accelerate the digitalisation journeys of SMEs/SMBs by leveraging Huawei’s leading product portfolios and experiences in smart ICT infrastructure, cloud AI capability and green energy digital power deployment.

To better support SMEs/ SMBs to go digital, Huawei has developed and launched 60 new cost-effective products and 40 scenario-specific solutions that are energy efficient, easy-to-install, easy-to-use, self-optimised and cyber-hardened to lower the technical barriers they usually face when it comes to human resources and knowledge capabilities. A few examples of these innovations include the SD-WAN based Smart Campus Solution, xGbps Fibre to the room (FTTR) solution, Ransomware Protection IT system, as well as a family of cloud solution offerings, etc.

To accelerate the Digital Transformation of SMEs/SMBs, Huawei also launched a new distribution brand and system, the Huawei eKit, which provides standardised products and digital toolkits for partner and SME/SMB customers that are easy to install and at minimal cost to maintain. Building on Huawei’s technology and experience on diverse products and solutions, the eKIT can provide better support for SMEs/SMBs.

In addition, Huawei has jointly launched the Huawei Singapore Partners Alliance program for commercial market with 23 focus partners to share industry trends, best practices and discuss how they can support their customers even better. This is done with the aim to further drive SMEs/SMBs market development.

“The Partners Alliance program is a collective eco-partners initiative where Huawei and its partners come together to collaborate, exchange ideas and drive innovation to better grow the digitalisation market for SMEs and SMBs. It also serves as a platform where partners can come together bi-annually to share and learn the latest best practices from Huawei on a global standpoint and to localise them to help drive the competitiveness of Singapore’s small and medium industries,” said Peter Du, Managing Director of Huawei Enterprise Singapore.
