WalkMe, a leading provider of digital adoption solutions, has announced that Adelaide-headquartered cloud solutions company, The Big Middle, has been appointed a WalkMe Certified Delivery Partner.
The company’s rapid certification follows its initial appointment as an Australian WalkMe partner in early 2022 and its subsequent ability to support customers to drive better use and engagement of their digital assets.
As part of the certification process, The Big Middle’s consultants completed a solution engineering and project enablement programme of excellence that included exam-based coursework and live on-project evaluation conducted by WalkMe. This experience will enable the organisation to lead clients through building and managing digital adoption solutions that achieve specific business goals.
