InTWO, part of the RIB Group and a Microsoft-partner, has announced that it has become the first firm from the UAE region to achieve the Gold competency partner status from Microsoft for its expertise on cloud business applications.

Microsoft Gold competency is one of the highest recognitions and provided to partners only on achieving the highest business performance, based on holistic indicators that include revenue, customer reach, team strength, successful deployments and usage of Microsoft Dynamics 365. InTWO has proven its knowledge in the fields of finance, manufacturing, supply chain management, project operations, retail and customer engagement on Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as demonstrated a strong commitment in transforming its customers’ businesses in the region.

Anilesh Kumar, EVP – Business Applications, InTWO, said: “The Microsoft cloud business applications competency has been refreshed to provide a sophisticated view of a partner’s technical capabilities, ability to drive customer success and sales performance. We have paid close attention to project outcomes and the usage of Dynamics 365 cloud applications by our customers, and this is undoubtedly a reflection of well-planned, structured implementations. We certainly value the sales performance of our organisation, but it is even more important to realise the value we are delivering for our customers. We are constantly investing in scaling and upskilling our team as Dynamics 365 is fast evolving, and we are well placed to deliver real business transformation by moving customers from legacy complex applications to the unified Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.”

In addition to the technical aspects within the business applications, InTWO delivers additional services with Azure-based services, Power Platform and the modern workplace. The company also sees enormous potential for customers to push digitalisation in all business areas even faster by utilising the Power Platform for analytics, low code mobile applications and Robotic Process Automation to automate processes on the cloud and integrate them into their cloud business applications.
