Thomas International, a leading global talent assessment platform provider, has announced the appointment of Sabby Gill as its new CEO. Gill joins Thomas from Sage, a market leader for integrated accounting, payroll and payment systems where he held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager for UK and Ireland. Prior to joining Sage, he held senior roles at Epicor Software, IGT, HP, Oracle and Peoplesoft. He is a member of the UK&I Digital Economy Council and was a board member of TechUk, as well the North-East Regional-Vice Chair of the CBI. Gill is bringing with him a wealth of international experience in the software industry.
Gill arrives at Thomas International at a pivotal point in its Digital Transformation strategy, after the launch in September 2020 of its new SaaS-based talent assessment platform set to accelerate the next phase of its rapid global growth. With over 35 years of experience in the technology sector, Gill will help Thomas capitalise on the huge growth opportunities it sees in helping businesses around the world transform their performance through smarter people decisions, looking beyond just skills and experience to unlock the true potential of people.
