The vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai is clear in Dubai’s transformation into a smart city to provide a new way of life based on creativity and innovation. There is an agreement that small and medium sized projects are now in many countries of the world, the most accurate measurement of the economy’s success.”
