SAP, a leading enterprise software and cloud-based solutions company, has announced the appointment of Marco Antonio Bonales as Director of SAP Concur for Mexico and the northern region of Latin America and the Caribbean. In this role he will oversee the commercial operation of the expense and travel management solution along with customer service for the brand in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Central America and the Caribbean.
Bonales brings 18 years of experience in Information Technology, business relations, customer service and experience. Before his new appointment he served as Commercial Manager of SAP Concur, spearheading successful innovation and adoption projects for this Digital Transformation portfolio. He also worked as Account Manager of SAP Business One, orchestrating initiatives that enhanced the efficiency of commercial processes and customer satisfaction.
He holds a degree in Administrative Informatics from Universidad Latina and has completed postgraduate studies in Development of Management Skills at Tec de Monterrey.
