Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced the 2019 winners of its international Partner Excellence Awards Program at its annual international partner summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The awards programme, now in its fourth year, recognises the exceptional roles Epicor partners play in helping customers to transform their operations, realise business efficiencies and achieve tangible growth outcomes from their Epicor investments.
In addition to showcasing partners that have successfully enabled Epicor customers to grow and compete in today’s global economy, this year’s awards also recognise partners who accomplished an impressive expansion of their Epicor business through innovation in business and technology.
Recognising partner achievements in solution development, customer satisfaction and business achievements, the 2019 Epicor Partner Excellence Award winners are:
Business Transformation Award
Data World Solutions Ltd was selected as the Business Transformation category winner for its work with a customer in the plastics trade, to boost Just In Time (JIT) production efficiencies and enable rigorous tracking and traceability compliance with fast-changing international toy safety and quality standards.
Data World Solutions completed a multi-site Epicor ERP implementation to improve supply chain management, production management, planning and scheduling for the manufacturer. In addition, Data World Solutions built the first ever Epicor industry track and trace add-on for the toys and plastics industry, which delivers comprehensive quality control capabilities – from raw materials to the finished product – and automates inspection record data capture.
Cloud Transformation Award
RheinBrücke IT Consulting wins the Cloud Transformation award for its pioneering work on bringing Epicor ERP in the cloud to mid-market companies in the Middle East region. RheinBrücke has worked in close collaboration with Epicor to develop a series of industry-specific vertical solutions that are fully localised for regional IT architecture standards.
These solutions demonstrate RheinBrücke’s dedication to providing the digital foundation that businesses in the region need to achieve innovation and growth. Developed in just 12 weeks, and available via an Epicor multi-tenant cloud site, each solution facilitates rapid cloud-ready implementations for customers.
Customer Experience Award
Precise Business Solutions is the winner in the Customer Experience award category for its work with Klinger, a leading manufacturer of industrial sealing products. To help Klinger take its Epicor ERP implementation to the next level, Precise Business Solutions initiated business process automation that streamlined the firm’s operations and enhances its order execution capabilities. Within three months of project completion, Klinger was able to double its DIFOT (delivered in full and on time) order fulfilment rates and can now plan its production 10 days in advance.
Challenger Award
Need2Code wins this year’s Challenger award category for breakthrough thinking on behalf of a customer headquartered in Sweden, who wanted to initiate an ERP solution for its specialist manufacturing subsidiary based in Italy. The ERP solution will facilitate enhanced growth and be a springboard for executing the Italian government’s National Industry 4.0 plan. Need2Code lead this cross-border initiative working in close collaboration with local Italian implementation partner SOME Srl., to initiate an Epicor 10 and Epicor Mattec MES solution.
Star Award
Aspera Solutions wins the Star Award category for its innovation and creative implementation of Epicor solutions in a variety of different customer imperatives, including cloud deployment, business transformation and customer experience.
Viewed as a trusted and knowledgeable partner by the companies it works with, Aspera Solutions consistently displays a strong commitment to serving Epicor customers and delivering solutions and services that solve their most critical business challenges.
Working with Huhtamaki, Aspera Solutions transformed the firm’s European fibre packaging business to create a more connected and unified multi-site, multi-geographic operation – enabling the company to eradicate inefficiencies, enhance profitability and drive market growth.
A project for Dromone Engineering, automated and streamlined company-wide processes, and delivered the real-time information and insights management teams needed to identify new opportunities and serve existing customers better.
