Avaya, a global vendor in digital communications software, services and devices for businesses of all sizes, has announced that it will work closely with Arowana Consulting to deliver dedicated solutions that address vertical industry-specific use cases. The two companies will provide solutions that leverage emerging technologies to transform the customer experience, focusing initially on the hospitality sector, and on the healthcare and retail sectors.
Arowana Consulting is one of many developers worldwide who have taken advantage of Avaya’s ongoing commitment to open platforms to deliver innovative user experiences based on the full reach of Avaya customer and team engagement capabilities. The partnership agreement will extend Arowana’s collaboration with Avaya, enabling it to deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience in key vertical markets.
Avaya and Arowana previously worked together to deliver the Houdini – Guest Experience solution suite, designed to enable hoteliers to enhance the guest experience, comfort level and access to services. By leveraging the Avaya Breeze Client SDK, Houdini provides in-room concierge services on the Avaya Vantage Device, which combines the convenience of a desktop phone with the flexibility of an application platform.
The announcement was made at the recent Experience Avaya Asia-Pacific, the premier event in the region focused on the future of communications experience and its impact on digital transformation. Senior executives from Avaya, and leading customers, partners and suppliers shared insight into the trends shaping the communications industry and how companies can work together to leverage emerging technologies to deliver better business outcomes.
