Xerox Emirates expands channel network and SME sector reach in UAE with Redington Gulf partnership

Xerox Emirates, a market leader in technology, document management and consulting services, has appointed Redington Gulf as its authorised distributor in the UAE. Redington Gulf is a leading supply chain services and solution provider for manufacturers of IT, telecoms and digital lifestyle products in the region. Through this partnership, Xerox Emirates aims to expand the reach of its A3 office entry level Multi-Function Printers (MFP) and Xerox Scanners in the SME segment, and grow its market share by over 200 per cent.

The new partnership will provide Xerox Emirates access to Redington Gulf’s strong and extensive network of IT resellers and supply chain facilities, and capitalise on its vast experience in the IT Volume Distribution segment. By partnering with Xerox Emirates, Redington Gulf will broaden its portfolio of IT offerings in the A3 office entry level Multi-function Printers (MFP) and Xerox Scanners segment. Xerox Emirates will also add value to this new partnership by offering training programmes, special offers and incentives, which will benefit Redington Gulf and its reseller network.

Redington Gulf has a wide reach of IT resellers and system integrators, and partnering with it helps us to capture every opportunity in the fast growing SMB space,” said Chris Govier, General Manager at Xerox Emirates.

According to the latest research published by the SMB Group, 72 per cent of SMB decision makers say that technology solutions can help them significantly improve business performance, while 53 per cent plan to increase technology investments, thus underscoring the importance and impact of this growing space.

“The addition of Xerox to Redington’s brand portfolio will enable us to provide a more comprehensive set of solutions to our channel partners in both the single and multi-function printing device segment. Redington will conduct channel awareness and recruitment programmes to increase market share of Xerox in the reseller channel across the UAE. We are hopeful that with our extensive channel reach and powerful brand equity of Xerox, the reseller channel will be able to offer a wider range of printing solutions to their customers,” added Ashish Bharti, President, Redington Gulf-Volume Division (Middle East).
