STC appoints AlJammaz as distributor for business services

On this occasion, Dr Tariq Mohammed Enaya, Senior Vice President, STC Group Business said, This agreement with AlJammaz Technology Distribution will enable us to reach our small and medium enterprises customers in all parts of Saudi Arabia through IT resellers and system integrators who will provide our services and solutions as part of their turnkey IT solutions.

Saudi Telecom Company, business division announced a partnership agreement with AlJammaz Technology Distribution, a Saudi Arabia based IT value-added distributor, which distributes advanced technology products, solutions and services. This includes datacenters, cloud, virtualisation, infrastructure, security, unified communication, mobility and broadband access as well as managing and developing IT channels.

This agreement enables STC business to access the reseller community and recruit IT channels in Saudi Arabia to market and sell STC business products and services, and have a market coverage to reach customers specially the small and medium enterprises around Saudi Arabia.

On this occasion, Dr Tariq Mohammed Enaya, Senior Vice President, STC Group Business said, “This agreement with AlJammaz Technology Distribution will enable us to reach our small and medium enterprises customers in all parts of Saudi Arabia through IT resellers and system integrators who will provide our services and solutions as part of their turnkey IT solutions.”

On the other side, Asim Saud AlJammaz, CEO AlJammaz Distribution said: “We are very happy from this partnership with STC business and proud that they have selected AlJammaz Distribution as STC business distributor. This agreement will open new horizons of business and opportunities for IT resellers and system integrators in Saudi Arabia to provide advanced and complete integrated solutions. IT companies will be able to provide comprehensive solutions to their small and medium enterprises customers in infrastructure, hardware, software, connectivity, backup, information security and more.”

“This agreement supports and enables IT resellers and system integrators to transform their business model to new technology trends and keep up with IT business transformation, IoT, cloud, digitisation, infrastructure, software as a service, utilising datacentres operated and managed by STC around Saudi Arabia.”

“At the same time this agreement is important and useful for international IT vendors to promote products and solutions through IT resellers who will market and bundle STC business services.”

Saud AlJammaz also added, “We are pioneers of the technology value-add distribution business in that market and our role is not limited to bringing in and import of the latest solutions and products in information technology to Saudi Arabia. As a leading VAD we create a more compelling solution foundation that vendors and reseller partners can leverage. Ultimately, we help VARs build solutions around multi-vendor offerings that combine a group of products that complement each other to create a one complete bundle solution. Vendors lack the multi-vendor engagement models so we as a VAD execute pieces and parts of this machinery. On top of all that we are adding the service provider part, which provides connectivity, Internet, cloud and reliable datacentres.”

Al-Jammaz Distribution serves financial, industrial, education, hospitality, healthcare, and government market sectors. Vendor partners include Cisco, Dell EMC, VCE, APC, Veritas, Lenovo, Rittal, Fluke Networks, Ruckus, Panduite, Honeywell, Linksys, Technicolor.
