Sophos announces Super Star campaign for silver and authorised partners in MEA

Sophos, a global leader in network and endpoint security, has announced a new initiative for its authorised and silver partners from the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The Sophos Super Star campaign is designed to motivate partners with additional rewards upon achieving their target. It is also aimed at driving sales for the latest security solutions.

Speaking on the initiative, Harish Chib, Vice President, Middle East & Africa, at Sophos said, “The rewards are a part of the company’s plan to encourage our silver and authorised partners to generate revenue opportunities and achieve their business goals. Our main aim is to drive our partners to excel and incentivise them with rewards for their great effort. The rewards are applicable on the sale of all products logged between May–October 2017. Authorised and silver partners are our major source of SMB business in the MEA region. As part of our ‘Channel First’ sales strategy, this initiative will help our partners to expand their businesses across the channel in the Middle East & Africa, a region divided into leading and emerging countries and both have different targets. The top three partners in both regions achieving the highest sales will be rewarded.”

Being a partner-focused IT security company, Sophos has a dedicated partner programme for the Middle East & Africa. The programme is segmented into four different on-boarding levels with different skills certifications, sales and target activities, and rewards. It provides access to the company’s comprehensive portfolio of market-leading endpoint and network security products.

Initiatives like the Super Star campaign and partner programme for MEA illustrate Sophos’ commitment towards being a truly channel-first company that creates programmes and incentives for better channel enablement and to accelerate Sophos’ partner profitability.

Sophos’ MEA partners are now able to manage all Sophos solutions for every customer through a centralised management platform, Sophos Central. Within Sophos Central is Sophos Central-Partner, a specialised dashboard that allows partners to distribute licences, add new customers on demand, cross and upsell Sophos Endpoint and Network products, drive recurring revenue and have a clear, real-time perspective on all customer activity. Partners can respond to security incidents faster and track alerts of all levels directly from the dashboard, so time spent handling incidents, including minor ones, is more productive and effective. This also helps partners to win customer loyalty.
