Sage, a vendor in cloud business management solutions, launched Sage 300 People in the Middle East. Offering organisations a customisable, integrated human resources, employee self-service and payroll solution that is designed to simplify administration and enhance performance. Providing medium to large business the tools needed to build an efficient, effective HR function and to digitise its processes.

At an event titled Keep It Simple, Sage demonstrated the solution highlighting Sage 300 People features ranging from employee self-service and robust management reporting tools to powerful payroll and advanced security. Prominent guests at the event included senior executives from a range of different business functions, across finance, business management and human resources.

Mansoor Sarwar, Technical Director at Sage Middle East, said: “The world of payroll, HR and business management solutions are moving closer together as organisations adopt an integrated approach. Sage 300 People unifies HR and financial data, in turn improving visibility into the business, elevating productivity, enhancing performance, and reducing human error and manual work. It can also boost collaboration across departments, thereby streamlining efficiencies throughout the organisation.”

In keeping with the Sage 300 People promise of achieving both personal and organisational excellence, Sage invited Anna Wallenten, Dubai’s leading Peak Performance Expert to speak to an audience of dedicated HR professionals and business leaders. Wallenten is a life coach on a mission to inspire her clients to evoke their personal power and take courageous action in all areas of their life to transform themselves into the ultimate version of who they want to be.

Speaking at the event, she said: “Successful leaders are committed to certain rituals – not rituals that stagnate them but keep them in a peak performance state across all areas of their lives, be it career, health, relationships, finance, nutrition or fun. Success in life does not just happen, we have to choose to make it happen, and dedicate ourselves to it.”

The first Middle East customer of Sage 300 People, SamTech Middle East, which specialises in Internet of Things and smart location-based solutions, showcased how the new integrated product had transformed the company.

Rabeha Nabolsi, Vice President at SamTech Middle East, shared: “We first started with Sage’s customer resource management solution, and then we decided that we should have all our business processes, across all departments, integrated on one single platform for a streamlined business approach. With Sage 300 People, we saw how there was a need for fewer manual transactions, along with substantial time savings. There was also significantly reduced risk of human error, making business management a lot easier and more cost effective.”

Designed to enable business success, Sage 300 People is best suited for mid-sized companies and enterprises that seek to achieve a transition from legacy systems. This solution is also for firms seeking to implement a Human Resource Management system that will co-exist or integrate seamlessly with a business management solution or other applications.
