Nuvias will be exhibiting at Gitex Technology Week 2016 which will take place from October 16 to 20 in Dubai. Nuvias will showcase the latest solutions from its technology vendors in networking, cyber security, cloud and virtualisation as well as unveiling new partnerships in the region with vendors in cyber security.

The Nuvias stand will bring under its umbrella a number of vendors including Malwarebytes, Lifesize, ProLabs, Unitrends and Allied Telesis. Gitex will be an ideal platform for visitors to meet with both vendors and Nuvias representatives to discuss business opportunities, hear about the latest technology advances and witness live demonstrations.

Malwarebytes is a vendor in advanced malware protection and remediation with solutions protecting consumers and businesses against dangerous threats such as malware, ransomware, and exploits that escape detection by traditional antivirus solutions. At Gitex 2016, Malwarebytes will be showcasing Anti Malware, the company’s flagship product, as well as a range of remediation solutions.

In addition to demonstrations on the stand, Malwarebytes will be holding a series of presentations during the five days of the event aiming to provide IT professionals with the latest trends on ransomware and malvertising threats and risks for companies as well as bringing insight on how to combat these threats. The sessions will be led by Malwarebytes’ regional leadership team.

Lifesize will be running live demonstrations of its latest HD video conferencing solution which gives real-time access and collaboration for distributed workforces. The prevalence of cloud and proliferation of mobile devices is driving a profound shift in how people and businesses think and operate in the global economy.

ProLabs is a provider of optical network infrastructure. It will be featuring solutions from its range of network infrastructure, connectivity products and interoperability solutions, which are compatible with more than 50 vendors and 20,000 systems. ProLabs’ technology comes with a lifetime warranty, and the solutions are proven to deliver cost savings of up to 70%.

Unitrends is a business continuity specialist which recently launched in the Middle East with Nuvias and has been recognised by Gartner as a Visionary in its June 2016 Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a service report. At Gitex, the company will be showcasing its portfolio of cloud empowered continuity solutions for backup, cloud continuity, disaster recovery, and recovery assurance.

Allied Telesis, a networking manufacturer, will be showcasing its portfolio including network switches, routers, industrial grade switches, security firewalls, media converters and wireless solutions, that are reliable and affordable. Allied Telesis will also feature its smart technologies including Allied Telesis Management Framework and Enterprise SDN.

With more than 146,000 visitors from 150 countries, Gitex 2016 will be the platform for Nuvias to present its strategy and solutions to IT professionals in the Middle East. From Nuvias headquarters, Paul Eccleston, Head of Nuvias Group will be in attendance as well as David Galton Fenzi, Nuvias’ CCO and CEO of sister company Zycko.
